Time flies, today is
our last day of “Movie Screening” at MBO, KL Festival Mall. We are appreciate
and grateful to those who came and support us. Thank you for joining us even
it’s just two hour, we can feel every one of yours kindness and support.
Unfortunately, there are some people who bought the tickets but never join the
movie in the end. I think they are busy with something else, but we believe
that they tried their best to come over. And here is the picture we took with
the participants on Saturday.
Sunday, the last day of movie screening, we actually
give out about 74tickets to a Church nearby Setapak area, and ask the youth in
Church to join us together enjoy the movie. It’s actually benefit and educate
them about substance abuse and family love as one of our objective, to educate
students and public on the deadly effects of substance abuse as they are the
root cause of most crimes and evils in society. Of course, other than the
Church youth, there are TARUC staffs, lecturer, and also public joined us
together and enjoy the movie.

As a conclusion, we challenged a lot of issues when
selling the movie tickets in our school and also public. This is because it’s
already Week 12 in our college and every one are busying on their assignment
deadline, co-curriculum day, went back hometown and also others reasons.
Besides, when selling tickets to the public, public might doubt that is it a
real ticket because the tickets we holding are different from the original
ticket by MBO, but still, we tried our best to sell the tickets. Lastly, if we
got another chance to hold this type of event again, we will discuss more on
the issues and improve it. Once again, we are so happy to have this experience
with all of the participants to enjoy the movie “Snitch”.
时光飞逝, 转眼就来到了电影放映的最后一天。在此,
我们衷心感谢到来支持的你们,
虽然只有短短的两小时,
可是足以让我们感觉到你们的真诚和爱心。很遗憾，很多人买了戏票当天却未能到来，也许是太忙来不及赶来吧？但你们的心意我们已经收到了。
此外，我们准备了大约74张戏票来发给在文良港附近的一所教堂，并呼吁教堂里13岁以上的青少年一起参与我们在星期天的电影放映。“Snitch”
，是一部由真实故事改编的电影，父亲为帮陷害贩毒而入狱的孩子讨回公道，不惜铤而走险，伪装成卧底混入贩毒集团内部。这部电影不仅能唤醒青少年，还让他们更了解毒品的坏处。
售票时，我们面对重重困难。由于接近大考，学生们忙于温习而没有空闲的时间来参与我们的活动。除此以外，我们受到大众质疑，怀疑我们售卖的票是假的，因为我们的戏票和原有不一样。但是在我们的努力之下，我们还是成功得把票卖出了一半。如果有幸能再度举办类似的活动，相信我们一定会做的更好。
