Our "Keep mind Clear, Keep Life Dear" event was
started with the light up the light bulb launching ceremony which included
Principle of TARUC, Datuk Dr. Tan Chik Heok, the Principle of Truly Loving
Company, Julia Chong and her team and it was a success.
Exhibition tour, bail with condition concept, T-shirt selling, Stress Out Station, Minute to Focus game booth, I dare you photo booth were included in our event. Around 2pm in the afternoon, One FM Cruisers came to join our campaign by giving out gifts and interact with the audience. Therefore, we even observe the response of audience towards the event and we found out that due to Jail concept, most of people afraid to walk in to our campaign and exhibition because the concept gave people feel that once you enter and you will never came out which causes the response were not satisfied. So, we discuss and decided to observe one more day to see whether the Jail concept brings bad response to them.
On the second day of the event, we changed our strategy
by guiding the audience in to the campaign and we found that it is not the main
reason that people don’t want to walk in our event, it was due to the reason
that it was the assignment submission week that most of the students were
busying rushing their assignment that causes lack crowd that affected our
campaign. So, in order to improve the situation, we decided to come out with
roving team in order to boost up the sales and response of the audience.
Yet, in the third day of the event, as we discuss earlier
and we decided to removed black clothes of the exhibition booth as we found
that lots of audience were afraid to came into the exhibition booth even though
they feel curious. The response was improved after we removed the black clothes
and also add in the roving team. Besides, 8 Team had also visited us during the
event to play games and interact with audience in order to increase the crowd.
The strategy that we changed each day after we observe
the response of audience is because we want to serve our best to the audience
and we will still keep it up as we know that having mistake is okay, as long as
we improve it.
