Video Shooting Day
The TARUC team gathered at Block V
that one evening to plan and film the viral video for our 'Keep Mind Clear,
Keep Life Dear' project. The purpose of the video is to introduce our team to
our fellow TARUC-ians and to give them examples of our pledge, how they should
be realistic and do-able. The
team had fun making pledges and putting it down on manila cards in groups. One
of the many pledges included 'We pledge to not let our friends drink more than
two glasses' and 'We pledge to not drink more than one tower". We went
through many NGs - some of us talked too fast, too slow, too loud, too soft -
but after few hours, we wrapped up.
Being Advanced Public Relations students, we were not very good in terms
of video shooting. But as a team, we managed to come up with a video, learning
the mistakes and ropes of producing a video together. At the end of a day, we
became closer as a team and with new found knowledge on video production.

在某一个傍晚，“思绪清晰，生活欢心”活动的策划人员们聚集于拉曼大学学院的Block V，打算为我们的活动拍摄一部宣传短片。此宣传短片的用意是要让拉曼大学学院的学生了解“思绪清晰，生活欢心”活动的宗旨，也让我们把誓约呈现给他们看，并鼓励他们在日常生活中可避免毒品与酒精的滥用。
在制作短片之前，每一个部门的成员们都必须把誓约以创意的方式写在卡片上。我们的誓约有不饮用多于一塔啤酒的份量，不让朋友饮用超过两杯酒，不让身边的朋友饮用过多的酒等等之类的。刚开始拍摄的时候并不顺利，过程中有不少NG的镜头。有些人说话慢了半拍，有的人却抢拍；不然就是有些人声音过于刺耳，有的却过于小声。但整个过程都少不了欢笑声。折腾了几个小时后，终于完成宣传短片的拍摄了。
身为大三大众传媒公关系的学生，我们并不怎么擅长于拍摄短片。但作为一个团队，我们还是成功地完成了这项任务。就算过程中曾犯下了些错误，但不经一事不长一智，我们都吸取了经验。这一天我们发挥了我们的团队精神，培养了我们之间的默契。宣传短片只不过是一个开始，我们会更努力的把活动做得有声有色，并达成活动的宗旨。
